I commend him for staying at Southampton his while career,but that was probably the worst thing he could have done. The only manager who ever appreciated and realised his phenomenal talent was Alan Ball and that season with Alan Ball he scored 30 goals, but because Southampton were shit team battling relegation all the time they always got shit managers who never knew how to use le Tiss.

He should've moved to a club where his talent would be appreciated by the manager so he could flourish.
