It would seem they want less adult oriented media, JAV in particular, to be posted and more non-porn content. What they fail to take into account are the rules of 4chan and especially /t/. JAV makes up the largest portion of the board because it is easily the most legal. They ignore that fact for whatever reason in favor of saying JAV needs to be replaced but fail to suggest a substitute or a way to keep /t/ alive in its absence.
