One of the Elder Scrolls jumps has a Warrior 600cp perk that's 'one man murder squad'. And I'm pretty sure anything based on an action movie- particularly 80s Movie or Modern Action Movie- will have mook killing perks.

My mech was sized for a Leviathan (zerg) in the cockpit, at about 80km. After the jump, 160km. Pastebin has the longer description, but basically abducted UEF commanders and virtualized them (code lyoko) for a few hundred years, then released them just before running my own Black Sun/Liberation Matrix combination to go into the Forged Alliance Scenario.

Spent most of that time, when not capturing POWs, researching SCPs and converting spells to Song magic.

Oh, I forgot to add: SupCom tech is ludicrously automated and units can protocraft their own fuel and ammo given time and raw materials, and from lore SupCom ACUs have Halo-level AI assist (think the "Dumb AI" perk) to help you run your robotic legions, so it also means your LoT would no longer need a crew or supplies (other than to nom the occasional chunk of Mass, perhaps, and not even that if you took Dark Star tech).The retrofit would automate everything.

You can make the LoT automated anyway, with the Fleshmetal upgrade. Though the ACU automation is nice, too. The best is getting both, so you can have a living metal giant doom-mecha. Everyone likes living metal.

So with the max length of the LoT being 32km, you'd end up with a 96km long behemoth.

To put that into perspective, you could probably use it to ram though the entire central cannon on the fucking Death Star if you had enough armor and shielding.

And don't forget that the dimensions are probably going to shift around a bit when it transforms to robot mode, so you could easily have a mecha over 100 kilometers tall. I don't know about you, but I plan on freaking out a lot of people when I take this to Gundam.

Supreme Commander. 80 meter tall mecha designed to be a mobile armored command post for the nanoassemblers it carries with it. It's meant to get around the mass limits of the quantum gate system, send through a single unit that rapidly builds an entire army of robots. In the jump, you can import any vehicle you have to get its abilities, so a lot of people are thinking about making the Light of Terra into one. Combine it with the Experimental ACU upgrade (triples the ACU's size and power) and the Transforming ACU upgrade (lets it turn back and forth between spaceship and robot forms), we're coming out of this with a mecha large enough to fit into Gurren Lagann even before Spiral Power is applied to it.

Someone should redo Mass Effect. QS did a shit job on it. It could almost be doubled in size for all the things you could add to it. Classes, races, items, scenarios (though that wasn't a thing then), and probably more.
