The French charge at Agincourt was infantry, you gigantic faggot, and the terrain was more of a detriment than anything the English threw at them (quite literally). What you are looking for is Patay: France's answer to Agincourt.

That said, technically cavalry can be defeated by a pikewall, but that relies on two factors:
1. Extreme discipline. Most people would be inclined to drop their pikes and run if they see a gigantic mass of flesh and metal kicking up dust and charging in their general direction.
2. Not being outflanked. Considering how fast cavalry is combined with the fact that cavalry is almost never deployed alone, the chances of a bunch of knight charging the back of a pike formation rather than the front are pretty big.

Cavalry isn't just about the destructive charge, it's also about mobility (much like tanks today).
