Regarding the aberrant aegis, is it possible for the aberrant to get rid of its customizations for a while? Go back to looking like a normal person briefly? I figure it'd help with infiltration and generally not terrifying the crap out of people, so I figured I'd ask.

Though, given Transformed Body is a supernatural effect, theoretically just walking into an AMF would do it, but those are rather rare outside of combat.

Huh. I was about to tell you you can just turn the suit off... But reading it closely, it does look like you really can't at all.

It replaces astral suit, but has no formation (not even a swift or free action). It's always there.

Since it's SU, you could willingly choose to fail holding it against AMFs I guess, and it would be suppressed while you're affected?

Curiously, rereading the antimagic Field entry, if your race is humanoid (such as if you took human for the extra customization points), AMF doesn't affect you.

The spell text specifically calls out Outsiders, Undead, and Elementals as having their supernatural abilities shut down, but doesn't say anything about humanoids, dragons, or what-have-you.

Judgements are pretty good I guess, but invisibility + sneak attack will greatly outdamage justice.

So, Knifemaster Hidden Blade Scout Rogue with Underhanded, using a Trait to trade out for Primal Fury is super legit.

If you can charge on the surprise round, at level 5 you deal:
1d4+6+10+24 twice.
khukri damage dice + dex mod + +1 magic weapon + momentum crash + raging hunter pounce + maximized sneak attack.

Use Unchained Rogue for Debilitating Injury and some other bonus goodies.

A houserule from my GM.

If yours is anal about proficiency, then you can always use regular daggers, katars, or half-elf. I believe there's also the heirloom weapon trait, but that only gives you proficiency in one specific weapon, and not the weapon type itself.

Try a geniekin sorcerer (Ifrit, Oread, Stlph, or Undine) and choose the elemental bloodline related to them. This'll let you focus on a particular element for thematics and overall power; if you crossblood for Draconic and choose the same element, you get +2 to all dice rolled with the element you choose at the cost of spells.

But, yeah, as >>43368449 said, Sorcerer has to specialize to be decent at what they're doing.

Stormborn is not nearly as good as Elemental (Air) Bloodline, and then Crossblood-ing into Bronze Draconic.

If you think Stormborn sounds cool, and that's what you want to play, then have fun, but I refuse to tell you it is anything other than what it is: Bad.

I don't see an issue with doing that, myself. It does mean you don't get any use out of the trait at all until level 6 at which point you can only get limited use from it until later levels, but at that point you can start making your chosen spell much more powerful.

It also depends on what bloodline you have. If you're an electricity sorc, then you might want a different spell.

Not questioning the veractiy of that, but where is that from? I'd rather have the ability to tell my GM where exactly that ruling comes from than say "some anonymous guy on 4chan said so"

Do halflings and humans share a common ancestor in Pathfinder? It seems pretty clear that they wouldn't share any distant relation with elves (being that they're from another planet) or gnomes (being that they're from another plane), and short of "if you go back far enough, every living thing has an ancestor" I doubt they share much of their heritage with dwarves or orc, either.

Difference in height aside though, humans and halflings seem somewhat similar. Beyond just sharing the humanoid type, I mean.

Why does everyone assume every short person is a shortstack? The number of voluptuous halflings is probably hardly higher than the number of voluptuous humans, and the generousness of the former will largely be due to their homely lifestyle, which would make them more chubby than anything.
