>Basic universal income is something I think should be implementedGood fucking idea, setting up the tax system to include negative brackets would be better, where at the lowest brackets the government pays it's citizens enough to ensure a basic universal income, scaling in such a way that no matter what "normal" income the citizen brings in, they'll never be individualized to not work (i.e. every $2 you bring in your BUI goes down $1, actual numbers would need to be the result of more economic analysis, brackets should be set so no one has to worry about survival and surplus income from the government is sent back into the population)
