This one is tough, because I want eternal youth for obvious reason. Genderbending would allow me to turn guys I hate into girls and evil feminists into guys. It's a way to improve the world. Monstergirls could also improve the world but not if they only produce females then things are going to be really f'd up. Plus some of them are slugs and other gross things.
I'll go with genderbending, because I can use it to improve the world and Eternal youth isn't going to prevent car accidents.

If the waifu is tailored automatically to me or I can select a template/base character then awesome. What powers come from being Broseidon's son? No idea. Power armor is it's own reward. Plus might allow some interesting meta goals. Say for example I'm one of those "chocolate elf" lovers(i'm not) and everyone becomes sorta dark skinned, yellow eyes become common and white hair is the new default. How would that affect racism, national identity, religion?
