Slowly got more and more sluggish and dull until one day they all just stop moving and die in comas. An entire world just empty, filled with corpses resting how they finally lay down and shut off forever.
But I also would imagine his actual cultists are like hyper-ascetic Buddhist monks. They don't do anything except sit and channel nothing-ness all day. They're blind, deaf, and only subsist on the energy of oblivion. If you disturb them they either lie down and just die, or fight like some kind of blind martial artist. Impossible to shock, faze, disorient, or even distract. Just calculated, cold, and inhumanly uncaring.
