>>43265948Honestly, I'd make a Juggernaut have a bonus to bull rushes equal to its fucking class level. Why? Because CMD is the only monster defense that increases faster than AC. It's why Grapple sucks. If not that, then a bonus equal to half class level (minimum 1) and a bonus equal to a 10th of the distance they travel on any bull rush made at the end of a Charge at 3rd level.
After that, I'd give them a scaling bonus to damage on a successful bull rush, with extra damage for every 5 they beat the CMD of the enemy by. And at every 4th level the distance they push the enemy goes up by 5', so at 4th it's 10+10 per 5 over CMD, then 15+15 percent 5, and so forth, because there's absolutely no reason a high-level character shouldn't be able to do fantastic and amazing things. A character that is centered around pushing things should be very good at pushing things; better than others at it.
They should also be able to bull rush objects to deal their rushing damage against them, and the damage should not be halved, though if they don't break through it, they're Staggered for a round. Let them ignore hardness of up to twice their level+5 when doing this; being able to burst through Adamantine at 15th level really isn't a huge deal. They still have to chew through the HP of it.
They should also, probably, get the ability to make bull rush attempts in place of iterstive attacks, so long as the BAB granting those iterative attacks is from the Juggernaut class. Maybe make a Flurry-esque class feature to avoid confusion.
He'd need full BAB, good Fort and Will saves, and obviously DR/- equal to 1/2 level, rounding up. Heavy armor and Armor Training like the Fighter. Gotta be indomitable.
