I generally look for consistency in a party, but I've been shit for that lately due to stuff in my own life. We haven't gamed in a few months, but should things look up in November I do intend to run a game for them again.
Generally the campaigns fall apart due to schedule problems. We've completed three campaigns from start to finish though, and that was nice. Only one time has a player lost interest; mostly due to being depressed that everything kept going wrong and characters she loved kept getting put in bad situations due to her fuck-ups.
Got a side-group who I play with off of /tg/. Decent lot, but one of them has a stereotypical nerd voice and it fucking hurts to hear after awhile. Especially when he tries to diplomancer.
