Gamewise I want:
Smaller scale campaign situated in a sprawling city, later growing into a mix of mystery solving/political thrills as they uncover the secrets laying underneath it.

Character wise:
A nobleman barbarian. While always polite and mannerful, once he sees someone commit a social injustice such as improper table manners he's thrown into a bareknuckle rage.

An elf lured to darkness by the allure of magical power. He would convert the party to his cause, saying the current way things are is a rotting carcass that needs to be burned and cleansed. Lawful Evil more than anything; he would never target the peasantry since they will be the workforce of his empire, but he would not be below exterminating nobility. Naturally, at one point he will cross a line and one of the party will face off with him on moral grounds and defeat him, resulting in the collapse of his movement but also a destabilized existing kingdom.

Someone who can regenerate, but each time he regenerates it comes back harder. Like, he gets his arm cut off and the arm now has DR1/slashing or something like that. He'd slowly become an abomination from all of his different wounds.

Too many things to count. I really have the issue of wanting to play a bunch of different shit. Right now I've got the urge to play a huge stealthy criminal sort. By huge I mean big enough that you would think it would impact his stealth ability. If possible I'd like him to also be a rock monster. Served as a wetwork guy for a while but trying to turn his life around with more legitimate ventures.

A couple at the moment.
Pre/early history game. Set in the distant past, before "everything was lost". Actual cities are super rare, lots of tribes and tiny villages. Bronze is the flavor of the day for folks from "civilized" lands but plenty of people still get buy on older materials. Steel is ultra rare but all of it is REALLY GOOD steel and thus functions at near magic weapon levels of powerful.

The other game is a political intrigue game where the players all play consoles to the reigning king of a tiny country. Said tiny country is essentially a banana republic with only one really useful resource that pretty much everyone is willing to buy but no one wants to go to war over (without at least some provocation). The twist is that the current ruler is kind of absolute shit. He's very self centered, petty, and an absolute dick. The players have to try and keep everything from going down the tubes while also trying to groom said rulers son to be a little less of a terrible king (and who knows maybe the king will fall down a flight of daggers). The trick is I don't want the players to just kill the guy right away so I need a reason for him to stick around (current plan is that the previous ruler was SUCH a great one that a ton of people are still loyal to even the shitty king out of respect)

He'd just be really good at sneaking. Effectively good enough to balance out the giant rock monster part. The end result is that he'd be able to sneak up on a great number of people but isn't really batman or anything.

He also has a weird talent for fitting himself into spaces he logically shouldn't be able to hide in

I really want to run an X-Files type game either set in or in a world similar to pre-20th century America or Europe. Players are just normal people who wind up investigation paranormal stuff that can't really be explained. But my players all like high concept genre fiction and don't go for more subtle and complex fare. Closest I might be able to get is a Buffy-style urban fantasy game, but I'm just not a big fan of that.

I've really wanted to run a game set in an alternative late 19th century with a bit of a steam/tesla punk aesthetic.

Players would engage in palace intrigue in the Turkish baths of Constantinople, fight voodoo cannibals in darkest Africa, encounter mysticism and magic from all over the world, interact with the occultists of upper class society, and run from ancient mummies.

Alas, I can't convince my group to play anything but Shadowrun.

I've always wanted to play a halfling/deep gnome ranger tomb robber that dual wields war picks. Make them a pastiche of Lara Croft/Nathan Drake depending on gender. Lots of ranks in acrobatics and uses the picks as a climbing aid.

Im running one now. Sat down tue palyers asked them what they wanted to play in a free form game. And they basically said they wanted to play a campaign but with less rails. The players still expect me to spoonfeed them a story and if left there own devices do nothing.
Also for some reason sandboxes bring out the trait i hate the most in a player which is an expectation of wish fullfilment. They complain that the story stops them from doing what they want, so its not free form.
