Colonial Civ; For King and Country, I

No.43275990 ViewReplyReportDelete
Three sails crest the horizon, off towards the homelands, laden with the riches you have gathered from this wild land, gemstones, tropical wood and ingots of metal, along with several sailors to give details of the colony's growth to his majesty the king. You watch eagerly from the newly erected watchtower, blue starred flags waving in the breeze as a reminder of why you all serve. You have had the idea to promote patriotism in the populace, organizing the construction of a dyery and tailor, directing them to dye every soldier's uniform jet black, a pendant in the shape of an Iron hawk being pinned to the breast of each man. This, understandeably, swells patriotic pride in the ranks, and makes the men more loyal to you, as the representative of the Empire.
