An Agri world is a planet designated to produce as much food as possible.
Thus, the population density must be EXTREMELY low.
Thus, the life of a single human would be much more valued, losing one of your sons to the tithe may be something to worry about.
There also has to be a way for all the food to leave the planet, which requires a boatload logistics. An entire planet covered in fields will also require a lot of manure to keep supply high over the centuries.
That poop has to come from somewhere, and when you take into consideration that a hiveworld needs millions of tonns of food every single day, you can imagine that this poop can't stay on that planet.
Of course there won't be a 1:1 conversion, if stations and ships will also pump all their shit onto the agri word...
I know this is fucking disgusting to imagine, but life on an Agriworld must be very shitty.
