D6 was a revelation of pace and homage. Ghostbusters, Star Wars, The Customizable Roleplaying Game, these were great games and I'm proud to still own some hardcovers.

Your stat is 1-5, you have four stats, and each stat has a specific thing you do in that stat thst you do better. Number in a stat is how many dice you roll. Add em up, compare to the difficulty number GM assigned. The only real tricky parts are pretty simple too- one die makes bad stuff happen if you roll a 1, and you have "brownie points" that can add to rolls that basically act like experience points that can also be traded to avoid dying.
