Greetings /tg/. looking for a new rpg system. I'm looking for one where you can invest some/all towards an action (i.e. I'm going full out, so I put 3d6 towards my attack, and leave none for any reactions).

trying to break up I attack, i attack, i attack, i attack, i attack, i attack, ad infinum.

Also, going for a swords and magic feel (low level, spirit-based stuff (i.e. block with a wall of ice as a reaction = okay, spells like D&D wish = only available to gods)
