Somewhat new to 40k and have been keenly interested in building an IG army. I've watched several Apocalypse games on youtube, but these are several thousand point games. My biggest question is, how would one go about building a decent army without going broke? I have considered a few options but it always seems to boil down to "tons of infantry and just filling the table" or "depending on vehicles with infantry support." Is there a proper blend to these two tactics? Any anons have advice or personal stories?
