The joke is obviously that since the robot is a Feminist, all it can do is scream rape.
If you really want to get in depth, you could see it as a criticism of the Western world's version of Feminism which has made it pretty much a brand for upper class white women who have nothing left to do except accuse society at large of "rape" so that they can still feel like not having it all is a right and not something that requires two people working together to achieve (or that you be the absolute pinnacle of society).
I mean, if you wanted to make it funnier you could add two more panels. One where the robot gets ditched in a third world country where women face ACTUAL oppression, and another where the robot is actually getting gang-raped and is no longer screaming because it's getting throat-fucked. If you wanted to make it even MORE meta and go full New Yorker, you could have that be how the scientist in the original comic made the screaming robot.
