Double it.
Add 10 to it.
Now half the number.
Then subtract your first number.
The answer will be your Strength Score.

It's fine the way it is. It's pretty cut and dry. It's how much force you can put into a single strike, which is helped by your skill (level)

The only thing I see that could be added, is that unless you aren't human, your unaltered strength stat should add weight to your character.

Your math is faulty. (2x+10)/2-x=x is not the same as 2x/2-x=x-10. If we rearrange the first expression, (2x+10)/2=2x, so 2x+10=4x, so 10=2x and x=5. Right answer, wrong working.

If 2x/2-x=x-10, x-x=x-10, so x=10.
Alternately, 2x/2=2x-10, so 2x=4x-20, so 2x=20, so x=10.

That's the limit as x->0, which is 10/2.

The function you gave me was (2x+10)/2-x=x. The function you've input appears to be (2x+10)/2-x=0.

Anyway, my point was that (2x+10)/2-x=y is not the same as 2x/2-x=y-10.

I will do the math in Z/4Z.

x=2
2*2 = 0
0+10=2
2/2=1
1-2=4

x=1
2*1=2
2+10=4
4/2=2
2-1=1 (which is 5 in Z/4Z)

The idea is that in these structure multiplication and division by 2 are not always inverse operations, so you can end up with different and hopefully higher values for strength.
