The best power is luck, because it extends even beyond reality altering powers or omnipotence as the universal "Things do or do not go my way."

Although it has very specific counters, like throwing black cats past them or smashing mirrors on their head, at it's best, someone with super luck can counter the "I win" button with the more powerful "I don't lose" button.

That's great and all, but IIRC complete control over electromagnetism allows you to fold space-time thus leading to Flash running a circle around himself for infinity. Not to mention you could just instantly remove his atomic bindings and thus mass scatter him, or hell just remove his ability to even move. Controlling electromagnetism basically makes you god short of omnipotence. Complete control over it hands you the keys to the universe.

Also the Flash got taken out by fuckin' Deathstroke once, so Speedforce ain't all it's cracked up to be.

The ability for things to work how you think they do.
Of course, you would need to be delusional for this power to work, but if you are then you could do shit like teleporting around because "Hey, I can just stop being here and start being there" and making things levitate by placing them firmly on the air.
The possibilities are endless.
But the person with this power would need to have no idea that they had it, or at least not know that their power was this one specifically, or they could do some serious bullshit.
