Hey /tg/ I just started running an online campaign for the first time with me and a bunch of forum friends and I could use some help on one thing. One member keeps having "To go" in the middle of the sessions and he's consistently left 4 times in the row. The last time was last night where he left to go get dinner and didn't come back. The party doesn't even want to meet yet because they're afraid of this person missing too much. I was thinking of talking to him since we are specifically playing on mondays since that's one of the only days he can be there and yet he isn't there. I'm not sure what to do, any ideas?
