not to go full autism here but i got really pissed when i wrote a murder mystery for my friends. they kept sharing outside of character knowledge and then trying to use it and after the first day a few players kept complaining it was too hard. fucking hell i'm not gonna drop the story into your lap, fucking put shit together. and i didn't make it impossible, the other players were able to piece the shit together.

idk what to do. i told them i was going to make this game stricter if i wrote it and they've already started bitching again. i really like writing and these guys are usually fun to play with, anyone ever deal with a situation where the group just won't cooperate?
