What happens to a tiefling that's given a divine blessing from a god? Do they get more demonic or less? Would it kill them?

There's no rule saying it would hurt them at the very least. In theory even a demon could get a blessing from a god and it would only look like whatever the god wanted it to

Tieflings are neither elemental nor outsiders to the material plane. So nothing outside of the blessing itself.

Absolutely nothing special would happen. Tieflings, for all purposes aside from their edgy woe-is-me-I've-got-family-problems backstories, are just funky looking people, they aren't demons.

Not all gods give divine blessing. Some give profane, demonic, or devilish.

3.X some tieflings are demonic, Loth, or devilish.
4th they are even really demonic, just inifused witha devilish deal
2e "Teifling" is the word for "Non-good Planetouched" so LN and CN teifling bloodlines existed.
