It features some essential elements that you can shape into something else entirely though.
>Start mid-actionDon't let your players get into trouble, that can take sessions. Put them right in the coals for scene 1. Like being chased by angry people who believe the party stole from them.
>Bound by prejudiceNobody cares if they trust each other. They are seen as a singular threat. Get caught with horse thieves and you hang with horse thieves, no one cares if you've actually stolen livestock.
>Uniting threatThis is not the preconception of commoners, this is real. Something is going to hurt all the PCs unless they do something about it. It forces the players to pool their resources for a shared objective.
