I really like Person of Interest, the episodic plot lines can be so-so, but the series arc is really what I'm watching for. If the seasons were leaner I could wholeheartedly recommend it to /tg/, but the series has procedural bloat, so there's a lot of episodes and so arc progression is buried in some mediocre weekly plots. I think Caviezel is miscast, making the fight scenes stiff and lumbering. I like the characters and the growing cast and mythos. Also Amy Acker and Sarah Shahi.
I also liked Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, but it started off badly with filming during the writer's strike. After they dump the stuff in season one that wasn't working and have someone write dialogue you don't want to kill, it get's much better. The twists and turns are pretty good. I mourn the fact their wasn't a final season.
If I had to recommend one series that I don't see at all on these threads I'd have to go with Death Valley. It's the show COPS, if Las Angeles was experiencing a zombie epidemic with Vampires and Werewolves in the background and pretty funny.
>>43338555>FringeI really liked Fringe, and I hope you do as well. It kind of gets rocky when they don't know if they'll get another season, but if you're willing to forgive it some flaws because of that, I think it's pretty good.
>DollhouseDollhouse spent way too long building it's audience/premise and cast a so-so actor as some amazing chameleon. The twists were good, but happened late after a bloated season.
>BuffyYou kind of have to pick your seasons, but yeah, it's good.
>AngelThat final season of Angel is golden, and I'd highly recommended, even if you aren't a Whedon super-fan.
