As much as I want to agree, I tried to run this.
Lasted one session.
Everyone showed up with a gentleman pugilist.
Game quickly devolved into a barroom brawl where every PC ended up drunk, knocked out, and in prison.

I was going to continue the game with a Mars is Australia theme.
But everyone else decided that the campaign had a fitting ending already.
