Would it be feasible to run a game in the RWBY universe using champions? If not, what system besides GURPS could run it smoothly?

Look man, I love Exalted, but the reason I first learned LotW was so I would have something else to run it in that could do the cuhrayzee high flying martial arts it was going for.
