I just find it hilarious to read some Anons write like they have never met anyone like this.
Anyway, the point isn't to make them realistic, the point is to have interesting characters that will create drama. And interesting characters have FLAWS. So there you have it.
Those guys (and girl) are typical douchebag That Guys who got rejected from every other gaming table in their area and end up with the only GM who cares enough about gaming to take them.
The point of the whole comic is they'll learn to stop being douchebags, stop thinking it's all a competition with points and shit and they'll just have a great time at the table.
It's a typical redemption story.
