After your attempts to convince Master Korr to allow you to hunt the Krayt dragon failed you decided to simply spend the rest of your day with the girls and testing out your new sabers before the final month of your training truly begins. The three of you along with Taral make your way to your training spot and chat. Cael'la seems to still be buzzing with excitement about her new saber, and even Nivah despite her melancholy seems to be excited for her new lightsaber and the prospects of her future.
"It's funny, though they differ we've all chosen different paths of... influence. Myself and Xanth from the shadows, and Nivah from the forefront of the Empire's reach. Together we would be a force to be reckoned with."
Cael'la says with a smirk as she tosses rocks over the cliff face. She holds her lightsaber in one hand gripping it tightly.
"What's wrong Cael'la? You keep staring at it."
Nivah asks softly.
"It's... intimidating. After so much work this piece of metal... this symbol of power, of what it means to be Sith is just... resting in my hand. It's so simple, yet it represents so much."
She replies shaking her head.
You look down at your own saber hilts as they rest in your hands. Ebony and ivory. How cheesy. Yet all the same you've been working for this moment for nearly a year and the fruit of your labor in finally and literally within your grasp.
