So I was wondering how would you guys do a RPG based on Chainsaw Warrior? Including super randomness and all.

For those not in the know, Chainsaw Warrior was a single-player game of ye old GeeDubs. You had a randomly rolled up character (the eponymous Chainsaw Warrior) and fought yourself through two decks of random encounters, resolving encounters with dice and your own weapon and item cards. Goal was to find the Final Boss in the second deck and kill it.
