Degenesis is a game that's been going around Europe for a while and is now coming to America, focusing on a post apocalyptic europe with a heavy flavor of disease and mutation.

Long after asteroid impacts destroyed the world as it existed before, humanity struggles to rebuild amidst a changed world of mutants and plagues while powerful societies and cults arise, shaping a new political landscape.

The principle conflict exists between Europe, which is a blighted hellscape of desperate survivors, and Africa which is a subtropical paradise by comparison with higher technology and access to plentiful oil, which Europe has none of.

The more fantastical threats come from powerful mutants created by a plague called the Primer which the asteroids brought to Earth, with powers that range from mental manipulation, pheromone control, to telekinesis.
