So, I'm making a setting where magic isn't harnessed by any of the races fully, and mostly just occurs in anomalies across the land which mutate things and also cause mysterious shit to happen like a hobo becoming the king of a newly formed keep made out of garbage and guarded by trash golems. The problem is I'm having trouble thinking of other examples and plot lines. You guys mind helping me out?
