100k of those land on the center of new york city. Their orders are to kill and destroy as much as possible. How long until they get all killed and how much damage could they cause?

They'd easily turn the place into scale model of a 40k board, with mass destruction and civilian casualties.

Army would respond and have trouble dealing with such large numbers, and suicidal zeal. It'd be several months before the army cleared them out, and cost hundreds of thousands of lives.

Would they drop with any vehicles?

Probably most of Newyork Until a large portion of the Military get called in.
Then combine arms mucks their barn.
Without Vehicles they probably won't make it out of the city.
Guns would probably be open carry everywhere after soldiers appear out of nowhere.
