I had the same problem on both of my red one warriors.

One had a warped ankle as well, making his foot permanently crooked.

I had to pose them both in a kneeling pose like that.

That's not abnormal for that mold. Just takes a little fiddlin' to get it to slip in on one side to stay put. Make sure the holes are lined up too, that can help.
