I'm really into star wars and I haven't played with lego since i was a child but the space ships really look amazing and make me want to get a few sets. I'm not rich and I technically could afford them but 100€+ for a spaceship that probably takes areound an hour tops to construct, seems quite expensive..

are they worth it?

It's not a model kit, it's Lego. You get tired of the spaceship, you take it apart and make something else. How much time/enjoyment you get out of it is only up to you.

Nope sorry, I can't. I build them, take them apart, store the pieces back in the box, and a couple of months later I'll build it again.

Here, have a bone, I use some of these, they aren't big so save them for your most prized possessions.

In the end, dust will always be a thing, to minimize try reducing the amount of static it might get, as an example I have a laptop ps4 and tv running in my room 24/7, my room is an asthmatic's nightmare.

My brother's room which was off for over a year, no power no nothing...dust free, was using it as storage until he moved back in.

For me I have alot of transformers and action figures so if I keep messing with them dust will be minimal, my statue shit is fucking filthy because they just sit there.

Focus less on keeping your collection clean and more on keeping the environment surrounding your collection clean, vacuum twice a week or sweep and mop if don't have carpet, wipe/clean surfaces, this includes walls and ceilings, anything electrical with attract dust like crazy, you'll also track in a ton of crap on your shoes, if you can, take your shoes off as soon as you come in the house. Also as the other anon suggested kill and eat your pets, dogs, cats etc....they'll get hair fucking everywhere as well as routinely break shit.

Honestly though the reality is you'll just need to dust your collection from time to time, it's a pain in the ass, and christ almighty big LEGO collections are the fucking worst, but the reality is you can't escape entropy.

We got a maid to come in once a week to help keep the place in shape for our infant. The results have been stellar and my collection has been dust free--she doesn't even go into the office where it's all located. The other thing to make sure you do is change your air filter monthly, even if you're using the filtrete 3 month ones.

Cool dry rooms help a lot
Also if you are worried that much you need to have regular cleaning habits
Have a duster and an air can and clean weekly.
Beyond that you have to go the route of glass or some cold insulated windowless room that no one uses

The snowtrooper commander is TRU exclusive. So the pauldron and probably the rifle are exclusive to that set. There's no question a regular snowie will come out later.

I'm the guy that posted the figures on the red blanket.

I got my Poe & Riot Stormtrooper at Target. But yeah, I know, I didn't even know about this pair, so I snatched it figuring I could return it if it wasn't that rare, but its a stormtrooper and Poe and both of those are hard to come by individually - and looking prices up on Ebay, it's going for at least $10-$20 over sale price, so that's good.

I saw the TIE Fighter at Grand Rapids (MI) Comic Con at one of the vendors a week and a half ago, and when I picked up my Snowtrooper from TRU, they had one there as well.

Right. And as far as I know, isn't the Poe that's getting released individually is in the uniform, anyway? So I think this figure of him in normal clothes is a bit better. I never really liked those uniforms, and they don't really look good unless you have a vehicle to put them with. But I doubt we're getting a 6inch scale Black Series X-wing anytime soon. But whatever, I think the Tie Fighter was the better choice for that anyway.

Next up; Black Series 6inch scale Millennium Falcon. That'd be awesome.

But somehow, doing just that made that leg be able to bend all the way... somehow. I wasn't able to get all the flash off the leg because it wouldn't come off, but I got as much as I could. I re-screwed the screw back on afterwards

Have another photo of bootleg Brass using her full leg bending abilities to enjoy the torture of her oppone---er, I mean, enjoy some classic episodes of Medabots (it's hard to get her to sit and balance properly)
