>>5213475>>5221586Seconding the Woolite method, Tide is very strong and can really ruin plush textures. I've known Tide to make minky fabrics turn prickly instead of soft, do NOT use Tide.
Whenever you wash your plushes chances are the fabric texture will change slightly because the soap will change the chemical composition of the fabric, but you want to reduce this change as much as possible. Woolite, as anon mentioned before, is very gentle and works best with cleaning dirt spots that don't stain very much.
Ivory is also a good gentle detergent if for any reason you can't get Woolite.
