Most of it's a phenomenal upgrade on a rather crappy deluxe. They also handle the excess trailer section a lot better than City Commander's gun did, but that's not saying much, its main feature is 'G1 reference'.
That said, fuck the wings. They don't lock on, so prepare for them to bounce off if you bump Rodimus when he's armored.
The bonus handshake piece for him and Classics Optimus is a nice touch as well.
