I used to live for work in mvd 3 years, the city is dirty and very unsafe currently..the prices are expensive..examples a regular mc donalds menu 11 dollars, lunch or dinner in a typical uruguayan steakhouse about 35 wihtout drinks and dessert, a taxi from airport to downtown 50, pack of marlboro 4, bus ticket of two hours 1,5, hotel room 3 stars about 100 with breakfast, backpaper hostel shared room and bathroomw 20 without breakfast, weed lowest quality (bricks pressed from paraguay) 25grams=80 dollars but is ugly, full of strains, seeds and amonium. High grade weed, very very hard to find if you dont have friends..about 25 grams=280 dollars.
