I've done Paris. Where next?

Pic not really related, doesn't do justice to how amazing my trip to Paris was.

Trying to figure out where to go on holidays. Went to Paris last October and I was amazed at how many statues there were everywhere. The Louvre was obviously the highlight of the week. Can any art gallery match up to it? Are there any other cities which are decorated to a similar extent? I'm from Dublin and I never see anything like this. The entire city was brilliant.

Other places I've been to: Berlin, Amsterdam, Venice, London.

I hear the London Art Gallery is good but I don't want to revisit a city just because I've missed something.

Budapest, Naples, Rome.

Budapest is kind of like Paris, except half the price across the board. Naples is maybe a quarter to a third cheaper than Paris, more expensive than Budapest. Rome is Rome.

Pretty much any major city in Europe, including Budapest, Prague, and Vienna. (That's where I stayed for 2 weeks last summer.)
None of the major cities disappointed me in terms of museums.

My personal favorites:
National Gallery and Wallace Collection in London
Albertina and Art History Museum in Vienna
Glyptotek and National Gallery in Copenhagen

With London, Berlin, Vienna or Amsterdam you simply can't go wrong. You should check out what museums you could go to in what cities, what their collections on display are and what their temporary expositions at the time are.

In Amsterdam the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum are just stunning. From Amsterdam you can also easily visit the Johannes Vermeer museum in Delft. It's less than an hour away with public transport and the trains go like 3 times per hour. If you're into modern art the Kroller Muller museum is also worth it, but a bit more difficult to reach. From Amsterdam it'd take you 1,5 to 2 hours with public transport. A little bit further, just over 2 hours by train is the Groninger Museum. Also modern art.

In Berlin I've seen some amazing Dali expositions at Potsdammer Platz.

Come to think of it, I remember hearing about a museum in Budapest dedicated to Soviet art that they hid away after the end of the Cold War.

Rome is Paris but 10 times better. People rave about Paris, sure and it is OK... But those people have obviously never been to Rome.

one week for Paris isn't enough for me.
Have you visited Le musée d'Orsay or Versaille ?

Prague is pretty heavily decorated, as is Budapest. Vienna is as well, but it's post WW2 restoration, ya know?
They're all good cities for galleries and statues. I think the Lubkowicz in Prague is pretty unique and historical, but you can't beat Vienna's museums, right next to the planned galleries of D.C and NYC.
