Doesn't look like it; as I suppose you already know, they closed the extremely expensive visitor program a few years ago, and I gather that private vessels can't dock there (a plane could land in an emergency). But you could try to volunteer with the Fish and Wildlife Service to get there: http://www.fws.gov/refuge/Midway_Atoll/what_we_do/get_involved.html

Yeah, I read a bit on the visitor program.
I'll look into volunteering but I'm not sure if it's possible to work with them as I'm from the UK.
