i think it was also a terrible decision to have as much plot development as they did. the show will run out of steam next season just like archer did. unlike archer it wasn't shit to begin with though so it'll be a tragic death.

Fucking AWFUL voice acting by Justin Roiland (who does both Rick and Morty).

He should've put his ego aside and cast actual voice actors.

The sci-fi plots are good, though, as is the animation. Not extremely funny, but not bad.

It was hit or miss the first season. There were some good episodes, and mediocre ones. I thought it would hit it's stride on the second season like other comedies do. Second season though, was pretty average. It doesn't really reach the highs, but also doesn't really hit the lows. The section of the audience that spouts the whole "GOAT SHOW 10/10" are incredibly annoying, and don't help at all.

This, I really agree with this. It has it's shining moments, and when that happens it's really fucking hilarious, but it also has crap in it that I wouldn't watch if it wasn't for the other aspect.

They should focus more on coherent, focused and setting-and-plot oriented adventures. Less of the awful family crap.
