i thought it was really good. its not as effects heavy as other wolf movies like American Werewolf in London, but i thought the mood was great, Albert Finney and Edward James Olmos were awesome, and i loved what they did with the wolfen POV shots.

always wanted to check out the book

The Crate was actually my least favorite of the five. I definitely liked it, but I felt it was the most generic of them all (aside from The Thing references). It's hard to choose between "Father's Day," "The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill," and "They're Creeping Up On You."

The one with the plant growth is a weird concept but surprisingly creepy.
