I think you're right tbh. Only Alfrids death was horrible. But I liked that it felt more like a giant battle with mre action and there was so much blood.

Every single soldier in this picture looks slightly unique even though it certainly isn't precise as you can tell by the way the arrows fly. In reality even well groomed medieval/ear modern armies didn't look like this.
