For example the one in "The Neutral Zone" looks friggin humongous (although it might've been a perspective thing they were aiming for in pic related), wheras the next one we see (in "Contagion") looks considerably smaller.
And don't even get me started about the size inconsistencies whenver Birds of Prey were involved.
