Is this the last well-rounded, funny, quotable, "golden age"-ish Simpsons episode?

I watched season 10 on DVD the other night, and every episode after this one is incredibly stale, annoying, repetitive, and more of a self-parody (especially the one with the springs). A sad end to what was once the greatest show of all-time.
