So what exactly was the point of Halloweentown? They apparently liked to "best" themselves every year by making each year scarier (usually with Jack's help) but nothing they ever did seemed to branch out to humans, they weren't scaring anybody but other denizens of the town.

I mean Christmastown made sense, they were making toys for people there and it was where Santa had his HQ. So what the fuck was Halloweentown?
