I just looked it up. Black Rock Shooter Arcana was a mobile game released in late 2012. The servers went down seven months later.
That was the last BRS thing made. Now I'm depressed.

Huke has been working on other things since. Is it possible he just doesn't have the money/time to do anything new with it?

going by the manga, if Stella embraced Sing Love's memories, I would count that as selfcest
