The idea will make Yuno very depressed, and she'll do a lot of thinking and introspection on her feelings towards Miyako and her future, and ask Sae and Hiro (who at this point don't even bother hiding it) for advice. Eventually, she decides that she wants to stay with Miyako forever(not explicitly romantically, but we all know). She bashfully tells Miyako this, while hoping (but unsure) that Miyako feels the same way. Miyako cheerfully agrees - "I want to stay with Yunocchi forever!".
Offscreen, that evening, they take a bath together, and then they make sweet love with the lights off while holding hands.Yuno studies hard and things work out, and they end up sharing an apartment. They recall that in her first year, Yuno hoped that her and Miya's relationship would one day be as close as Hiro and Sae's. She smiles, as she knows that she has succeeded.
