Before that "Death is never what it seems" may be saying Cinder is a character we think is dead.
"Born an angel heaven sent,
falls from grace are never elegant" Again the same implications about a past life but emphasising that she was important and maybe also referenceing the change of appearance.
Lastly "moon will sadly watch the roses die" could just be a reference to the fact that Ruby going to fight her but it could further imply that no matter what the outcome of the fight a Rose, surname, will die.
I'm likely just seeing what I want to see and well song vs plot, we know how that song and dance goes. Nevertheless I do think there is a case.
