Are you retarded? You start at 35 if you didn't import a save or imported a save below level 35. If you started higher than that then you start at your level, if you were higher than level 41 you start at level 41.

Doing Schera's right now. Just got to the ruins underneath the old schoolhouse looking for that fucking ghost. Really wishing I had stocked up some extra quartz for Kloe. How large 3rd compared to SC?

It feels like there's more text because of the memory doors, but really it's just spread less evenly than the other games. From what I understand, the size heirarchy is Ao > SC >>> Zero > 3rd >> Sen II > Sen > FC

SC has more text than three copies of the entire LOTR trilogy. It's one of the absolute largest games out there in terms of raw text, much bigger than even many long VNs. The teams that did the Chinese and Korean translations of them were a lot larger than Xseed and translating between oriental lanugages is much easier than translating from an oriental language to an English one.
