>>314870342That's the thing about Demon's Souls for me. It had really difficult boss fights but you could take them on after a couple of tries. It was clearly projected which attack was coming and the only really fucked-up bosses were the Maneaters. Fighting two enemies at the same time is just utter bullshit, especially when it's in a place where the architects forgot the fucking handrails. Jesus Christ, From, have you never heard of that shit? Do you have a bottomless pit in your office's staircase and when somebody bumps into you you just fall down and die? Fucking hell, dudes.
Anyway, people praised it for the very difficult but fair (if you paid attention) fights. Then came Dark Souls, made it more difficult by making the attack projection much shorter and adding more cheesiness to the fights. And DS2 was just bullshit. Fuck it. Same applies to those LotR witch dudes in Bloodborne, 3 bosses at the same time is bad design.
